Do I need to sign up to use it?
No. The designer and PDF download work without an account. An account only unlocks saving event packs, sharing links, emailing PDFs and unlimited Gantt events.
Is the calendar really free?
The basic designer — and printing your PDF — is free forever, no account. Premium is $49/year, and you can try every Premium feature free for 30 days.
What paper sizes can I print?
A4, A3, US Letter and Tabloid, in portrait or landscape. The PDF is print-ready vector — it scales cleanly to any of those sizes.
Can I share the calendar with others?
Yes. Sign in and use the Share button to copy a public link or email the PDF directly. Links can expire after 7, 30 or 90 days.
What happens to my data?
Without an account, your calendar lives only in your browser. When you sign in, your saved event packs and share links are stored in our database, keyed to your account — we don’t sell or share your data.
